How we work

our process

It is always our goal to give each client what they are paying for. So our first step in creating magic for our clients is finding out exactly what it is they are looking for. That normally is consultative phone call or meeting where we discuss ideas share examples and just make sure that our creative interests are aligned.

dates & Preplanning

Once we have all involved parties in agreement on the creative aspect we look into locking in film date. **No date is secured until deposits have been paid in full** Once the deposit has been paid we begin to move into the preplanning or pre-production phase. Some jobs require more preplanning than others, in which case storyboards and preplanning materials will be made available to clients at their request.

Film day

The big day has arrived and this is where the magic happens. In most cases when filming we arrive a half hour to an hour before scheduled the scheduled film time. We review any last minute needs or concerns and then proceed to make any required adjustments. Film day can be a bit daunting depending on what is being filmed, your only responsibility as a client will be to show up, that’s it. All of the heavy lifting and adjustments will be made by us to capture you at your best.

Editing

This is the moment that you’ve been waiting for! The moment that you get to see all of your ideas, all of the preplanning and hard work come to life! With most projects we ask for a 3 week turn around time, but in most cases clients receive their edits before then. Editing can be a somewhat grueling process as the first edit isn’t always the winning one, so as mentioned we live off the feedback of our clients so we will involve you as much as you choose to be involved.
